Quality Inn & Suites Miramar Beach

Everything was nice, courteous staff, favourable location near Destin and beach and stores. The rooms were cozy with socks or bare feet, the staff were helpful.

The staff was knowledgeable and amicable in any situation.

Left over food in Microwave, Tattered bed spread, flooring dirty. Pool and Hot tub did not work. Staff had to change us to a lower class room because the electronic keys wouldnt work .No view .

I have just returned from a great stay in this beachside hotel, impressive rooms. The stuff is pleasant and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location is marvellous, 3 miles from Horseshoe Bayou. It provides great restaurant nearby. The property of choice in Destin.

Great staff with a good knowledge of the area. Temperature was 100% controllable and changed quickly after adjustments.

The carpet was ripped, but the bed was comfortable for our family.

Great access to the beach.

Pictures online are misleading. Elevator kept getting stuck, microwave kept beeping & had to be unplugged. Maids only replaced towels, and not linen. Continental breakfast is cerel, bagels, toast, frozen waffles, coffee, milk or juice

A clean stay by the beach

The friendly staff made our arrival cute, and the location was perfect-a quick stroll to the beach. The air conditioning was refreshing after a hot day out.

The room needed some maintenance. I noticed the plugs were loose from the outlets, and a small critter surprised me in the sink. It felt in between clean and dirty.

The room was pretty bad. It had a musty smell, and the carpet was wet. I couldn't walk around barefoot. It felt gross. The fold-out couch was broken, and the mattress had food stains all over it. The bathroom was a mess too-like, the door handle didn't even work. Just really disappointing overall, and I felt concerned about the cleanliness. Not what I expected at all.

I recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and loved the easy beach access via the boardwalk, enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast, and appreciated the cleanliness of my room. It was a simple but enjoyable stay overall, with just a few minor issues with the carpet. I would definitely choose this place again for the great family-friendly vibe.

Had a nice stay with a spacious room that wasvery comfy and tidy. The breakfast spread was a great bonus. Loved unwinding by the pool and hitting the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was that the balcony was closed , so check in advance if that's a dealbreaker for you 😊

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds offered a reasonable amount of space, accommodating our family's needs comfortably. The breakfast selection became a highlight, with various options available daily.

The hotel had seen better days. The dirty floors and ripped carpets gave a stale impression, and it took multiple attempts before finding a working door key. Lighting issues plagued our stay. A flickering bathroom light was never addressed despite notifying the front office. We encountered poorly patched repairs throughout, such as the ceiling and tub. Closing doors required excessive force, and we occasionally battled smells from the sinks.
